In accordance with standing legislation of Russian Federation foreign citizens can get the temporary residence permit. Why it is necessary to get it? The temporary residence permit is registration of foreign citizen on period of 3 years. All this time a foreign citizen will live on the territory of Russian Federation without any additional registrations. Foreign citizen become resident of RF and can get work permit by more easier procedure without employer participation. Also they don’t need permit for engagement of foreign labor force.

 

Execution period for citizens from far abroad is 6 months.

 

The cost on execution is from 50 000 rubles.

 

The temporary residence permit is execution by quota. The quota in 2010 year is 2000 persons.

 

 

-    Person, who was born on the territory of Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic and who was at the past at the citizenship of USSR or who was born on the territory of Russian Federation;
-    Person, who was recognized unable to work through disability. This person must have capable son or daughter, who has citizenship of Russian Federation and who has permanent place of residence on the territory of Russian Federation;
-    Person, who has unable to work through disability parents, which must have  citizenship of Russian Federation and to have permanent place of residence on the territory of Russian Federation;
-    Person, married to citizen of Russian Federation, who has permanent place of residence on the territory of Russian Federation.
 

-    International passport – to  witness the translation of passport at the notarial office;
-    Birth certificate – notarial copy (translation if don`t by Russian);
-    Migration card with note about crossing border (don`t let expire the card) and it`s copy;
-    Police clearance certificate or certificate about presence of convictions (it takes at the Administration of Internal affairs within a town or region by permanent residence of applicant at the foreign state or at the Consulate or at the Embassy);
-    Medical certificate (certificate proving that the applicant does not have HIV (AIDS), medical conclusion about condition of health);
-    Physical persons income certificate for year or certificate from bank that applicant has livelihood (60.000 rubles for 1 person);
-    An applicant must has documents about available of accommodation (consent of owner, who give documents on accommodation; certificate about right of property on accommodation, real estate purchase and sale agreement);
-    Marriage certificate or certificate about annul of marriage (if married – notarial copy of marriage certificate; is marriage was annul it is necessary to have archival form about marriage);
-    GCSE or degree certificate about ending of educational establishment – copy;
-    Black and white mat photos, at light clothes, by size 3-4 cm – 4 items;
-    State duty – 400 rubles;
-    Biography;
-    For citizen, who is executes the temporary residence permit out of quota, it is necessary to have a document about confirmation of this right.

 

During execution TRP you must do dactyloscopy, and give documents on accommodation, where you will register or consent of owner, real estate purchase and sale agreement and certificate about right of property on accommodation. We also can give accommodation for registration for 3 years.
Important! After execution temporary residence permit you must live most of the time on the territory of Russian Federation (at all minimum 183 days in a year).

Residence permit.

Residence permit – document, giving to foreign citizen or person without citizenship about his right to live at Russian Federation permanently and also about his right to free crossing of State Border of Russian Federation. Residence permit, giving to person without citizenship, is all at once identity document.

1.    On the morrow of acting period of residence permit it can be prolongs for 5 years by application of foreign citizen. Residence permit can be prolongs without limit.
2.    After getting residence permit foreign citizen must be most time-part on the territory of Russian Federation (at all 183 days in a year as minimum). And for obtaining Russian citizenship must live at Russia not more than 9 months in a year.
 

 

Foreign citizens and persons without citizenship, who has reached the age of 18 years and who is in capacity, can apply with application about obtaining citizenship of Russian Federation in general order by conditions, if this citizens and persons are living on the territory of Russian Federation for a continuous period of 5 years except grounds at item 2 of article of Federal Law “About citizenship” and article 14. Living period on the territory of Russian Federation is considered continuous if person leave territory of Russian Federation for period no more than 3 months in one year.

- Who has recognized unable to work and have capable son or daughter, which has reached the age of 18 years and has citizenship of Russian Federation;
- Has son or daughter, reached the age of 18 years, which has citizenship of Russian Federation and recognized incapable by  decision, which entry into legal force. It possible just in case if another parent of this citizens of Russian Federation, who is a citizen of RF, was dead or recognized missing, incapable or incapacitated, is depriving of parental rights or limited of parental rights by decision, which entry into legal force;
- Has child, who is a citizen of Russian Federation, - in case if another parent, which has citizenship of RF, was dead or recognized missing, incapable or incapacitated, is depriving of parental rights or is limited of parental rights by decision, which entry into legal force.
